Once an agreement has been formally completed,
your credit card has been charged, and we have confirmed that your account is ready
(usually the same day we receive your initialed and signed agreement), we will
add your name to our approved receiving list and you can
start using your new address:

Any shipments sent to us prior to confirmation of
a services agreement will be refused.
You may not use our company name or the name of
any of our staff for receiving. We will refuse any shipments that are sent to
us where the shipper may think that we are financially liable for the shipment.
We may also require proof of payment prior to releasing any shipments that we
accept that are improperly addressed to our name. We have had nightmares in the
past where customers have used our name in their address and then the vendors
try to collect money from us instead of the customer. We are very sensitive
about this. Do not put C/O Chichester, Inc., C/O Paul Crosby, or anything else
with our name. The whole idea is for you to have your own address. If in doubt
about how to address your shipments, please consult with our staff first. Make
sure to include Unit 9 on the address or UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx will not know where to
deliver the package.
