Hours and
Access to Your Merchandise
We generally have staff in the warehouse from
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. You are welcome to come to the
warehouse to inspect your shipments, but we do suggest that you call ahead in
case all of the staff are out running errands or the warehouse is closed for
some reason.
Should you require access to your merchandise
after hours, staff time will be billed at US$120.00 per hour plus travel time
billed by the minute if someone has to come out to open the warehouse. We
cannot guarantee that staff will be available on short notice should you choose
to come after hours. If you come down to the warehouse and expect our staff to
stay after 5:00 p.m., you will be charged US$120.00 per hour billed for actual
time used and subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that our staff will
be able to stay after our regular hours. Please confirm in advance.
